A greenfield plant on five acres in the APIIC Mega Industrial Hub, engineered around a single large kettle and a closed-loop, zero-liquid-discharge design.

A seven-metre bath takes long members in a single dip — solar tables, tower legs and barrier rails without splicing.

04 / How it works

Four stages between raw steel and a fifty-year finish.

Hot-dip galvanizing bonds zinc to steel metallurgically — protection that a paint coat can't match, inspected to Indian and international standards.

STAGE 01

Pre-treat

Degrease, acid-pickle and rinse to strip oil, rust and mill scale down to bright steel.

STAGE 02

Flux

A zinc-ammonium flux dip prepares the surface for a clean, even reaction in the bath.

STAGE 03

Dip

Immersion in molten zinc at ~450 °C forms a bonded zinc-iron coating across every surface.

STAGE 04

Inspect

Cool, quench and verify coating thickness and finish against the specified standard.
